I feel so blessed in my life. This blog is to share those blessings with our loved ones who live too far away to share in the joys we encounter on a daily basis. It is my mission to live a life that is full of gratitude and have a heart that is full of gratitude. Hope that you are taking the time to experience the joy in your life and to be grateful for your many blessings. ~ "When we lose one blessing, another is often, most unexpectedly, given in its place." ~C.S. Eight Months Old
Kirra is eight months old. She is still not sleeping well, as she is up often in the night. And as sleep deprived as I am most days, I just look at Kirra's smiling face and know how blessed I am. She is sitting really well on her own to play and loves to give her big brother smiles and giggles when he lavishes his attention on her. She isn't crawling yet. She will roll from tummy to back and back to tummy but would really prefer to stand. She will stand while holding on to her LeapFrog table or to the couch. When she sits on your lap she will pull herself up into a standing position when music comes on and do a little dance. She loves walking around, especially when Terry supports her hands and she tries to chase her brother - this has become the newest little game they play. We love both of our children so much and enjoy seeing how they interact and respond with one another.
