Work - Terry is enjoying his job as the Senior Financial Analyst at the U of C’s Faculty of Kinesiology. Jenn worked at Bearspaw Christian School as full-time elementary vice-principal until taking maternity leave in mid-April; and is looking forward to returning next fall.
Children - Jaret is now four years old. He attends preschool twice a week and loves his teachers. This fall he was enrolled in gymnastics. In the new year, Jaret will be taking skating lessons at the Olympic Oval and will be learning to ski as well. Kirra was born on April 29th and has made our family complete. She is a very happy baby but doesn’t sleep as much as Mommy would like. She sits on her own to play, has two bottom teeth that have just come through, and is our little chatterbox. They are both so precious and such a blessing.
Home – We are building a new home and have just listed our current home. The process has had its share of frustrations but we are very excited. We plan to move in March.
Travel – There have been many trips home to Saskatchewan to visit our family this year. It is a long trip with two kids but they travel well. Then in September we traveled to Chilliwack and onto Seattle where Jaret took in his first Mariner’s ballgame and Terry took in his first NFL game.
We will be spending Christmas in Saskatchewan with both of our families. We look forward to hearing from each of you over this holiday season and open up the invitation to visit if you are ever in Calgary.
