Beautiful Weather

The weather the last couple of days has been absolutely beautiful - it truly feels like summer. Jaret and I have been getting out for lots of walks and enjoying playing at the park. Last night was the first evening that we ate a great steak supper on the deck. There wasn't even the slightest wind. This morning we had breakfast on the deck and enjoyed playing in the yard. Jaret picked a dandelion and gave it to me. Then he had fun taking it back and throwing it on the ground, picking it up again to give to me, taking it back and throwing it on the ground - I think you see how this game went. And it went on and on for quite some time. Jaret was having so much fun laughing that great giggle of his. We couldn't help but join in the laughter - his laugh is definately contagious! We also kicked the soccer ball around and just ran around the grass in our bare feet. After that Jaret decided he needed to take a break and lounge in one of the big chairs on the deck. He is now down for a much deserved nap. Terry has gone out golfing with his friend Danny for the afternoon and it is a perfect day for it. Once Jaret is up from his nap, we'll spend the rest of the afternoon outside. He can't seem to get enough of being outdoors. But on a day like today, who can blame him?
