Merry-Go-Round

What a difference a day makes. It was cool and wet here most of the week. I say wet, not rainy, because we got a bit of snow mixed in with the rain. Today, the sun decided to come out and we had blue sky. It was warm and sunny here this afternoon and is suppose to be even warmer tomorrow. Weekends are great, especially when we have some great spring weather!

We took Jaret to Chinook Centre today so that he could ride on the merry-go-round. As soon as he saw it, his eyes lit up and he began pointing. He was pretty excited and yet, a little uncertain as well. Right before the merry-go-round started, it seemed like Jaret wanted to get off. But then once the horse started moving round and round, he enjoyed it. He wasn't overtaken with joy and excitement though. More than anything, he was curious and just kept looking around. It was fun to take him there and let him experience the merry-go-round. I am sure there will come a day when he can't get enough of rides and will want to go again and again.
