I feel so blessed in my life. This blog is to share those blessings with our loved ones who live too far away to share in the joys we encounter on a daily basis. It is my mission to live a life that is full of gratitude and have a heart that is full of gratitude. Hope that you are taking the time to experience the joy in your life and to be grateful for your many blessings. ~ "When we lose one blessing, another is often, most unexpectedly, given in its place." ~C.S. Moments
As a Mom, I love the special moments that make life so joyful. One special moment was celebrated tonight as Jaret graduated from Foothills Alliance Pre-school. The graduation (or "gradulation" as Jaret calls it) ceremony was really well done but a bit too long. We didn't get home until close to 9 o'clock which is past most 4 year olds bedtime. Jaret was excited about this special day and at supper he got to eat off of his special plate - Bunnykin plate that we use for special ocassions. While I was getting ready, Jaret came into the bathroom and came over to the sink. He then proceeded to wet his hair a little so he could make it spike at the front better. It was cute to see him becoming so indpendent this way. He dressed up in his dress shirt and tie and looked very handsome. When we got to the church, he then donned his cap and gown. He looked so handsome and distinguished - even Kirra thought so as she just beamed at her brother. Jaret loves music but isn't much of a singer so he didn't sing the songs and only did a few actions. When I asked him after why he didn't sing he said, "I just wanted to enjoy the music." After the songs each "graduate" walked across the stage to receive their diploma and a Bible. It was a memorable moment.
