Our Calgary Flames

The Flames just won in game 6 against the Sharks. While Terry was at the game with Mark, Jaret and I put on our Flames gear and watched the game, while enjoying Chinese food and then ice cream for Jaret. I took some video of Jaret that I have included in this post. However, I'm not sure that you can understand what he is saying with his mouth full of ice cream. It was the only way I could get him on video. I tried to get some video of him cheering and jumping around when the Flames won, but he would just run away and try to hide from the camera. I guess we know that he is feeling better and is more himself again.
Friday night we had unexpected overnight guests. My parents were storm stayed overnight flying from California to Regina (we just got a ton of snow here - nice spring snow storm). Jaret was so excited to wake up to see Grandma and Grandpa here. We all got ready and went out for brunch. We dropped them off at the airport as they flew out just after 1:00. It was a short visit but so great to see them.
Saturday night Jaret had Jazzy babysit while we went out for supper with Mark and Shea. We enjoyed our meal at The Broken Plate. There was some smashing of plates and even some dancing. It was a fun evening!
And that has been our weekend.
