I feel so blessed in my life. This blog is to share those blessings with our loved ones who live too far away to share in the joys we encounter on a daily basis. It is my mission to live a life that is full of gratitude and have a heart that is full of gratitude. Hope that you are taking the time to experience the joy in your life and to be grateful for your many blessings. ~ "When we lose one blessing, another is often, most unexpectedly, given in its place." ~C.S. Gingerbread House
Jaret continues to bring so much joy to our lives, especially around this Christmas season with so many new things for him to see and experience. He loves playing with Baby Jesus from our nativity and he notices Christmas lights everywhere which always brings a twinkle to his eye. Jaret enjoyed spending the week at home with me and with my mom who was here for the week. Then yesterday we were at the airport as Terry's parents had a layover on their way home from Arizona. Jaret was excited to see his Grandparents and to show them the big Christmas tree and the train that travels around the base of the tree at the airport. It was so cute seeing Jaret press his nose up against the glass to get as close as he could to the train. This afternoon we put together a Gingerbread House. Jaret enjoyed eating the candy, except for the chewy candies. He tried a gumdrop and immediately wanted to brush his teeth because he didn't like that the chewy candy was stuck in his back teeth. What a kid!
