My mom just spent a couple of days visiting. She decided on Tuesday to fly out and left on a flight that evening. It has been great having family visit while I have been off on holidays, although it has made the time go that much quicker. Jaret really enjoyed spending time with Grandma and of course she spoiled him. We did a lot of shopping; as we always do when my mom comes to visit. It tired Jaret out but he was really well behaved the whole time. We reclined his stroller seat and he napped a bit while we continued shopping. We also ate out which Jaret enjoys. I enjoyed it too because then I got out of cooking! Jaret's favorite part must have been trying to feed himself garlic mashed potatoes off Grandma's plate one evening while we were out. He absolutely loved them and didn't want to stop eating them. However, I didn't want him to get a stomach ache from eating too many. It was great having my mom here but her visit seemed much too short. Thanks for coming Mom!
