Precious Gift

I absolutely love my children! They are such a precious gift and bring so much joy into my life. Today I was doing some cleaning. While cleaning, I had put Jaret's library books in a basket and set them in the living room next to his toy box. He noticed immediately and was so grateful that I had done this for him. Similarly, after cleaning Jaret's bathroom, he thanked me for cleaning it for him. Then after doing sheets and making his bed he said, "That was nice of you to clean my sheets and then make my bed for me, wasn't it? Thank you for doing that." So priceless. I say this as a biased mother, but I have the best son ever!
Kirra is practicing her smile lately. She'll be feeding and then she'll stop and just let the corners of her mouth turn up slightly. I have noticed it a few times now and look forward to when she really starts smiling at us.
This post is quite short but I mainly wanted to show off some pictures. These pictures were taken by Shawna Vatamaniuck when Kirra was only 9 days old. They turned out beautifully.
